Well, guys, it's been a trying few weeks for me. Part of the bones below my knees started to give me problems around mid-March. It stopped me from running some long runs and the furthest I ran was about 5 miles. I started running only once a week and icing my legs almost every day. Last week, I ran for the first time without any pain. So, I'm getting back on my schedule, but I'll need to build up my cardio again.
The race is under 5 months away, so not all is lost. It's hard to believe it's getting this close. I am getting excited about it and am looking forward to training harder soon. Pray for one another as we continue our training.
